As trekkers and a group of friends, we liked the convenient location near the train station and metro, which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a variety of options and even had a Nutella tap! The staff were helpful and polite, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel had great facilities, including a kids area and a comfortable lobby with internet and TV access. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. we had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the main attractions and shopping street, Via Toledo. being really close to the railway station made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Despite being located close to the train lines, the triple glazing in the room ensured that the noise was not a problem. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

That the use of plastic cups and unnecessary packaging, such as plastic wrappers for extra pillows, was somewhat disappointing.

I had a great stay at this hotel right in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. My room even had a balcony that overlooked the train tracks, which was surprisingly nice and added a unique touch to my stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for my needs, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, the value for money was excellent, especially since breakfast was included in the price. The pastries served in the morning were delicious, a perfect way to start the day.
